SplaTt333 Posted March 30, 2012 Share Posted March 30, 2012 I decided to reinstall game client due to minor problems with mods, but it was like running from rain to the pool...After full reinstall my game looks like this:http://oi42.tinypic.com/np4zzn.jpg I tried either with or without previous visual mods. SplaTt333 Posted March 31, 2012 Author Share Posted March 31, 2012 My graphic card : Radeon 5850 HD series 1,5 gb ddr5always with newest drivers. Also:- I checked local cache on steam (or whatever this option is called in english)- Game is updated to newest version (steam auto-update)- issue is happening in both clean game or modded game, both new game / old saves- issue looks like some textures display bug and affects mainly ground textures and small particles such as snow/dust. On the ground it is not static though.- the issue happend after full game reinstall (also all remaining local files such as mods, preferences, saves etc were removed manually)- game cannot miss files, as it was installed from DVD and only updates were downloaded via steam. I'm out of ideas for the moment. My only thought is to make reinstall, but since reinstall is what actually fcked the game originallyI I don't see how it might help it. If that was patch/card drivers or whatever else problem why it didn't happen on previous install? The only one diffrence between previous and this install is language version. Originally I used Polish version of the game, but due to spelling bugs in 1.5 / half of the game in english anyway by mods / minor dialogue lags and bugs after 1.5 I associated with polish version I decided to reinstall game and use English version this time. For anyone having similar problem, go to game options and set antylasing to 0 (OFF) and set it in your card settings on desired value. Topic to be closed. Ha Ha Ha, goooooooooood to listen, but i want just to say, you have been big chance, because more of the people they change language after uninstall and reinstall habe crashing, but good to view all going well for you, other thing, i am not sure you have to uninstall to change the language, when you go in steam, in your game list when you clique (right mouse button) and choose "property", look in the tab language, you can change your language here for the game (i have not tested it, but peharp other papeople they have made it...) SplaTt333 Posted April 1, 2012 Author Share Posted April 1, 2012 I tried it before, but all in all, reinstall from DVD is faster than downloading full language pack via steam language change.Game graphics works well now and also fps is way better after reinstall, I just hope dialogue bugs will be fixed now, havent tested them yet.
