It looks very similar to the thalmore robes, so I figure someone could at least go from that. Also, (off tipic) why can't I find any music mods that change "ALL" music and not just the title crap anymore? Everything on skyrim nexus is only skyrim related themes or short spurts from other games/shows etc.. Do it yourself if you want, but keep it on your own system - uploading anywhere constitutes a violation of copyright via unauthorized redistribution.
