xlxRONINxlx
I'm not sure if I am setting up ENBoost properly for Fallout 4 even though I have watched Tapioks video and read up on it I still think I messing up. I have a GTX 1080 with 8192 vram and 32gb's of ram from what I understand I would have 8192+32,768=40,960 then I subtracted 8192 for the os and other precesses and give a lil extra to maybe be on the safe side to come up with 32,768 and entered that in the enb ini but I just got confused because I just read different things that I've too much and I really would like sure help thanks in advance. AGreatWeight
Rounding the numbers off makes it easier to get a grasp on it, so you're looking at:8000 gpu ram 8000+ 32000 system ram 40000- 2000 OS requirement 38000- 4000 Fallout4 requirement 34000- 1000 -just in case- 33000 so with your particular specs/hardware, in the ENBlocal.ini, under [MEMORY], you can safely add VideoMemorySizeMB=33000
xlxRONINxlx
Thank you for the reply and since rounded it for ease would I still want want to use multiples of 1024 so 33,792 safely. I'm sorry to sound silly but I want to make sure I do this right.
AGreatWeight
No, there's no need. Just put it at 33000.
