Scepth
My normal save times that usually take 1-3 seconds now takes about 20-30 seconds. >_< I haven't even gone far from the game, its a fairly new file I just finished beating the 1st dragon, and I'm exploring the areas near whiterun. What could be causing this? I don't think its ash piles.. I downloaded the mod that tones that bloated save files. (Possessive corpses) that didn't help. I removed my Superb ENB files, and that still didn't change anything. My save file size is 116mb. I have 206 .esp + .esm files. MorwynKelm
The only mod in your list I'm not familliar with is the monster mod, all the others I use - and about 100+ others... Make a 'clean' save. If you have Breezehome, get in there, strip naked - everything - and save a new slot. Exit out of Skyrim (the game I mean, don't try to fasttravel to Morrowind) and reload your new save. Exit the house, go back in, re-equip and save. Problem should be fixed.

MorwynKelm
The guard shack is near there also, it will work. Any small, simple and un-modded environment will work. Even a cave, but avoid areas that might be modded in some way. Good luck. Edited March 31, 2012 by Morwyn Kelm
