Mod Categories, Install window completely hidden? Can only see Plugins. Very frustrating, probably an easy fix?

All of the sudden I opened NMM and the entire section where my mods are, sorted by catergories where you can install/uninstall mods has just dissapeared...

 

Hoping this is an easy fix but I've played around with the settings and can't get it to re appear. I also Don't want to reinstall NMM because my game is running just fine. But if I want to change any of the mods I have, or install a new one. I can't do it if nothing shows up!

YYYYup. Easy fix. Sorry I'm an idiot. Needed to reset UI. Found the problem right after posting this. If there are any other dumb dumbs out there like me, hope this can help.
