Ultimate Combat mod Bug Vampire Lord

So I was playing with the Alternate State mod, and I chose to start a new life at Lord Harkon's court, the problem is that shortly after I became a vampire lord, I could not use my magic powers, hand, I could only go down and use my claws. I searched a lot and did not find answers that would give me the real solution, and to tell you the truth I do not think there is a definitive solution, but I managed to fix it and now I'm going to share here what I did to fix it. Well, I uninstalled Skyrim and reinstalled my mods and everything else, but the error persisted, so I uninstalled each mod until I got the "Ultimate Combat" mod, I uninstalled it, and it worked, the bug stopped, but I was dissatisfied, because I did not find anyone else with that same error, ie the error was some problem of my Skyrim only, but in short what I did was clean the mod with TES5Edit, it seems that after that I can use the Ultimate Combat without error , maybe some wrong script or something like that corrupted the game, but now it's all right, and I just wanted to share this with those who are also behind this error and need help to fix it, remembering, I used TES5Edit to clean Ultimate Combat.

Iâm currently having a very similar problem with the Wildcat combat mod where I freeze for about 10 seconds while transforming and when I finally do transform my hands are empty and I canât even cast the spell animation. Powers and the claws work fine, but the spells are gone. I am also using alternate start and even with only alternate start and wildcat in my load order the problem persists so maybe that is playing a factor. Itâs weird that this problem seems to be affecting two different combat mods. Hopefully I can get it to work by trying your method.
