Tame the Beasts of Skyrim 3 help

So, I played the Tame the Beasts of Skyrim 2 (II?) mod, but it's broken and leaks data, so I thought I'd make a better version. If it was made better it would be the best mod, easily.

 

So I'll ask for help. There has to be a way to do this right. First is the most important question- is there a 'get' or 'copy' command, even in the script extender? If there is, that'll make my job 90% easier. If not, then I might have to do it in a far more annoying way (quest completions to unlock each creature which means other mods won't be compatible).
