Odd screen darkening and white lines

Hi I recently installed Skyrim through Steam and whenever I'm running around I notice the screen gets dark in some spots and you can see white lines everywhere, kind of in the shape of a grid almost. All my settings are the default low.

ok, frist try to look if you have the last driver for your graphical card (some time it's just this the problem), after try this :

if it's does not work, try to disable the anti-alias

 

* your computer can run the game but if i remember well what i have view in your file, you have only 256mg of video driver i think, just remember the game ask 1gb of video driver, but in your case it's not a problem, your computer have enought memory to share whit your graphical card, it's possible you can view some time a very very small like lag in some place the time the thing are loaded, but it's not a problem,

I have the latest drivers installed, 12.3 .

 

And is there somthing in the AMD vision ctrl center that can help me fix this?

 

The mod you gave me isn't fixing the problem

Still having the problem, it only happens when I'm outside or in a light of light in a cave, not in darker places.

try to uninstall and install again direct x, sometime it's her the problem

 

by the way what is the configuration of your pc?

Sorry i think i have been too tired when i have writing, i have view the specification of your computer, anyway, do you use some mod, in some test i veiw some mod they make this, putting all more dark, try to unselect your mod and start a new game to view if it this,

 

don't make just disable mod and trying whit your old savegame, because i have view (even if i have completly deletad the mod) the eefet will be permanently,

 

i have thinking more mod don't make anything permanetly, but it's seem even if you just disable mod or even if you delete all this mod of your computer, the effetc are permanently in your savegame for more and more of the mod, when you start a new game you will view the difference in some second, it's will be more clear...,

 

if it's working, you will be know you need to begin new game...

Finally, somebody else who is having my problem! It became unplayable :(

 

I play the game on Low settings, since my computer isn't that strong and it gives the smoothest experience, I turned off all my mods and the light still has this issue when my character (in third person) is between my view and the source of light, and at certain angles in first person.
