Windstad building Lakeview instead

As part of Hearthfire, I purchased land in Hjaalmarch and started to build Windstad Manor, only to have no construction, or finished product appear on the plot of land, only to research this issue online to find that it indeed causes Lakeview Manor to be built instead. Upon entering Lakeview manor, the interior is as normal (bare, with workbenches), however the game freezes upon trying to exit, before moving to a loading screen.
Apparently this has been a bug since 2013, as my searching for a solution has discovered. Supposedly the culprit is various mods that alter spawning/spawn locations, but I'm having trouble discerning which one it would be.
I haven't encountered this issue on previous playthroughs, but I did not use some of these mods.

Any insight or (constructive) suggestions are welcome.

NOTE: I've tried disabling- Immersive patrols, Flora overhaul, immersive creatures, all Towns and Villages Enhanced, Immersive citizens, SDO LOD, and the honored dead with no resolution.

Same as with any mod conflicts - load and test mods in batches (eg of 10) until the problem occurs. When you find the group, repeat process with problem batch
