Adipose
This is a vent. Why, in the vanilla game, did the Gods of Creation at Bethesda make the Wolf armor so wimpy? It may well be the best looking set of vanilla gear in the game. I know that there're mods that up stats for the gear and I will likely download one...eventually. Thing is, it shouldn't be necessary until the player has leveled significantly. Ah well, the Creators did a lot during game creation that I still don't understand. Frex, why did they outfit Farkas with Steel instead of Wolf? It shouldn't have happened, particularly in light of the dialog heard during the player proving trial. Why do all the female companions wear non-Wolf gear? Another bit of nonsense...grumble, gripe, mumble, ... .
Thenryb
I agree with most of what you say about the Wolf armor, except that I do not even like the look of it.
Perraine
Weeeell, as far as all he Companions wearing Wolf armor, not all of them are part of "The Circle" (i.e not all are Werewolves) so that is "some" justification for them not wearing the armor. But in general I agree. For myself, I scraped together several different weapon mods, and combined them, along with some vanilla items and stat changes, and made a "Skyforge" pack (only craftable at the Skyforge), with the items themselves being somewhere in between Ebony and Dragonbone stat wise. Yeah, you're correct. I guess I was thinking of Aela and got carried away.
