As you are using USLEEP you do not need the other Unofficial patches except for the Unofficial High Resolution Patch. Also I would not use ELFX Weather with Vivid Weathers.

 

Have you used LOOT to sort your load order? You might also think about creating a Bashed Patch with that amount of mods.
