LE Skyrim Frontier

Would anyone know if this is possible? If so, could you help? Skyrim feels too full of people and there isn't any frontier. This would make it less cramped.

  Goal:
   
  
• - remove the major towns from the visible in game. Whiterun, Windhelm, Riften and every single town up north.
   
  Means:
  
• Replace the entire town with a teleporter. Any random Cairn / rock would do.
   
  End Result:
  
• returns the land the towns possess to the terrain. One can would then walk where a town currently is without seeing it or physically running into it.
