asiankido
Skyrim SE freezes when I manually open menu and save on a slot, like it goes fine until I press click confirm to save....the game would freeze, I would hear my computer CPU slow down cause game froze, but I still hear music coming from the game~ alt + tabbing to bring up task manager doesn't do anything, can't even bring up desktop, the screen itself seems to be stuck on my monitor. same thing happened when I was trying to sleep at an inn. this is all at the beginning of the game by the way, not even remotely far into the game (didn't even go to riverwood). the game seems to run fine for the first....30 minutes to 40 minutes or so. then the next time I do something that seems to involve scripts (saving, sleeping at an inn, interacting with something, etc), the game would freeze. is this memory issue? is my enb causing this? should i activate papyrus logs to see if i can determine what is causing the crash? i'm not sure if papyrus detects game freezing like that.... i have less than 100 mods active on MO2~ this was happening on NMM as well...any help would be greatly appreciated. asiankido
update: so I searched and found out the cause of the crash. apparently PC headtracking mod has some script issues so it freezes the game when trying to save~ author said he was testing and looking to resolve the issue at some point so...until then, a decrease in immersion level for me I guess.
