AdoringStan
So I was derping around trying to get a cool shot of my character being eaten by a dragon, and somehow found a way to make your character go into ragdoll mode while keeping control of the movement. It's actualy a really easy glitch to recreate. Here's how to do it: 1. Find a dragon2. Go into third person and try to get the dragon to attack you. When he starts attacking you, quicksave.3. As soon as the draon picks you up in his mouth (you may have to reload a couple of times before he does it without killing you some other way) wip out yo console.4. Select the dragon, type "toggleai"5. Select yourself, type "toggleai"6. Make sure nothing is selected, and then type "tcl"7. Close the console. When you do this, the animations will freeze, and then your character will appear frozen on the ground. Reload that quick save.8. ???9. PROFIT Now, you don't actually go into ragdoll mode like you would when you die. You still have animation, but whenever you collide with something, your characters body will move and flop around. It's kind of hard to explain, you will just have to try it for yourself. Now you may be asking, "LINK01000, Y U POST THIS IN MOD TALK???" Well, I was thinking that maybe, if someone were to learn how and why this were happening, they could use it to add clothing or hair physics to the game. I mean, it's at least worth a try, isn't it? If anyone wants to, they can upload a video of them doing it to show other people who don't feel like doing it ingame. Sorry, I don't have fraps or anything. :( Edited April 2, 2012 by Link01000
AdoringStan
Bump... does anyone think that this could be used for a mod or anything? If not, I'll just let this thread die.... It just seems like proof that players and NPCs can have physics on them while animations are still playing.
