how to see quest id using console commands

i am looking for the quest id of the quest deep down from the wheels of lull because i want change the level requirement from 15 to 45 but if i enter the console command help "deep down" nothing shows.

can someone tell me how to find the quest id and how to change level requirement using tes5edit or the creation kit ?

i tried to ask in wheels of lull's page but trainwiz and caithe dont show often

All the Wheels of Lull quests have an editor id beginning with "_Lull_", so try the console command "help _Lull_".

 

To change the level requirement in TES5Edit:

 

* Warning: Completely untested, just basing this on looking at the mod in TES5Edit. Use at your own risk.

 

1) Load the .esp in TES5Edit.

2) Under WheelsofLull.esp, expand Quests.

3) Find _Lull_MQ01, click on it.

4) On the right, find the Condition that mentions the Function "GetLevel."

5) Change the Comparison Value from 15 to whatever level you want.

6) Exit/save. Remember to make a backup in case something goes wrong.
