Spartan VI purposefully left Cheydinhall guards unchanged. Try going to Anvil, the guards should have sallet (full-face) helms on. Sometimes the differences are subtle; in Bravil, the shoulder pads for the cuirass are leather-colored instead of metal. If you still see no change, make sure the folder structure for the meshes and textures has been installed correctly.

i just checked it an everything seemed to be fine all the meshes and textures where there i dunno whats wrong

Are the guards of other cities have invisible armor too?

If so, then there might be an archive problem, although you've added the new textures and meshes.

Try invalidating your archive. Ignoring is the main reason for many mods to malfunction. If you dont know how to, use the program "Oblivion Content Validator" by ElCHe.

I hope you didnt forget to read the README of this mod too :D

Cheers

If it is an Archive invalidation problem, Timeslip's OBMM ( Oblivion Mod Manager) has a great and easy to use function called BSA redirection. Just open the utilities in OBMM, click BSA Redirection and you'll never have to worry about it again, just do that everytime you replace a texture or mesh. Easy as pie. I also had the same problem you are experiencing with the guards and it turned out that I just needed to re-install the meshes and textures. Good Luck.
