Markarth CTD After Completing Dragon Rising/First Three Main Quests

I need help and I don't know what to do. My game seems to crash after completing the first 3 main quests and I try to travel/fast travel to Markarth. I can coc into the buildings, but once I go outside it CTD. I don't know what is causing this, I've looked at all my mods, and nothing seems to be adding up. I hope for some help.
