LOOT Doesn't Have Access to FO4 Files

So, I'm trying to set the mod order with LOOT (It's my first time using it) but when I click "Apply" I get this error message:

Oh no, something went wrong! You can check your LOOTDebugLog.txt (you can get to it through the main menu) for more information.

I go to LOOTDebugLog.txt and it has a bunch of gibberish about loading mods and ends with this:

I've looked up everything but can't find anything. I have no idea what to do and apparently no one else has this problem, but if anyone knows what's going on and how to fix it, please help, my mod order is severely messed up and doing it manually is just painful.

Probably C:\windows\users\*Yourname*\appdata\local\Loot = read only.

You can change it.
