You have some very large texture replacers but you do not mention whether or not you also made the game Large Address Aware. NMC has stated that making the game use more than 2GB or RAM is necessary for his larger packs to work.

Adding other texture overhauls just adds to the RAM usage and will cause just the problems you are encountering.

Your best bet would be to completely remove FNV, all the related FNV files and start over with a clean install.

Yeah I had thoughts about reinstalling my whole game and NMM and the mods but if I could make them work without fully reinstalling it would be the best.

And of course thanks for your help!

I decided to reinstall the whole game Nexus Mod Manager and the mods and after that it has to work properly.

these are the mods that I have installed now but some of them don't work correctly. I would like to install these mods after I reinstalled the game and everything. So is there any installation order I should follow or just install them and do an auto plugin sorting?

the very question shows a misunderstanding of how modding works (with most mod managers) , so I'll try to explain

most mod managers install mods directly to your installation folder

what this means is that when files are added , older files (if they exist) get overwritten (although you do get a prompt about this)

so the order in which you install mods determine which files end up in your game's folder

for example , if you install two texture packs that both change a specific texture , the version of the texture you'll have in your game is from the pack you installed last

the point is that not only does load order matter (for many reasons) , but installation order also matters (at least in cases with overwriting mods)

the best piece of advice I can give you is to consider everything the mod authors tell you about their mods

go to each mod's page , and read through the description . take special care in regards to installation instructions , load order suggestions and compatibility

try to understand which mods you should install first , by what the mod authors tell you (as they know their mods best)

you should also consider their suggestions first , and tools like LOOT second (and LOOT will sometime make mistakes , so always check after using it)

generally speaking , I would start with performance mods and tools (like NVSR) and basic softwares (NVSE , 4GB patch etc)

afterwards I would go with UI mods and texture mods

beyond this I can't think of a specific order , but again reading mod author's suggestions is key

Mod Organizer is a little better at things. You may want to watch a few videos on how to install things with it, and even working with it. Dirty Weasel Media has a whole play list on how to install, use, etc. Mod Organizer with Fallout New Vegas. You will need Mod organizer 1.3.1.1. It is the last version of Mod Organizer Tannin worked on before start to work on Mod Organizer 2, etc.
