fresh skyrim and there's deleted navmeshes and itm's?

recently i've formatted my pc, and i downloaded all my mods again, and skyrim as well, and after i'd installed nmm,loot and TES5edit, i runned loot, and i realized that tes5edit found 92 ITM records and 3 deleted references. in update.esm, 619 ITM records, 82 deleted references and 57 deleted navmeshes in downguard.esm, 184 ITM records, 11 deleted references and 5 deleted navmeshes in heartfires.esm and 61 ITM records, 8 deleted references and 1 deleted navmesh in dragonborn.esm. i have no mods installed, and i have a complete "virgin" skyrim, i tryed to fix those itm records and deleted references but, i have no idea how to fix those navmeshes (i also tryed to search on yt and etc, but no luck, i also tryed to use USLEP and skyui, but nothing happened ;-; ), someone have and idea to how to fix it ?

First of all: These errors are normal. They have always been there and probably always will. Getting these error messages doesn't mean you game is corrupt or something.

 

You can't undelete those deleted navmeshes in the Syrim master files. "Note the ones found to be deleted in the games masters, cannot be undeleted." (quoted from this guide: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2667094-guide-manual-cleaning-skyrim-master-files/).

 

Don't worry about all those error messages. Clean your masterfiles as described in the guide I linked above and you're good to go.

Those errors in the Skyrim master files usually don't do anything harmful. It is possible for them to cause a CTD in modded games, but chances this will really happen are quite low.

 

In fact, there are a lot of people who never cleaned their master files nor even know that you could do this. I'd advice to do the cleaning, but if someone doesn't, he'll probably get along just fine...
