Skyrim Crash when Data Files are enabled

I have the same problem but my game its cracked what should i do?

 

Get a legal version, they actually work.

Hey Guys! I had the exact problem!. Skyrim busted out immediately after the bethesda logo. In my case it was 'microsoft security essentials' firewall which stopped me from running mods and expansions.

 

This is what i did:

 

~skyrim crashed

1. Installed dragonborn (thought skyrim might update)

~Couldn't get crack to work and saw notification in toolbar that microsoft security essentials was blocking the .dll file

2. Disabled the damn thing (microsoft security essentials real-time protection)

~skyrim launcher worked!

3. enabled all mods and expansions in data files

~I noticed that the skyrim.esm file(which could not be unticked before) was no longer there

~works great!

 

I have no idea as to whether the game was updated by expansion and then worked -- or if it had been the firewall all along, but sincerely, I hope this helps.

 

The logo for ms security essentuals is a little green- or red- house with i flag on.

I did this, had my Update.esm and everything, and it still crashed on my right after the bethseda logo. I currently have the Character Creation Overhaul and a Race mod downloaded from steam as where I got Skyrim. I have these checked in data files but it still crashed on me. I'm considering refunding the game simply because these stupid mods won't let my game work.
