You may be right but I'd rather not play Skyrim at all than go back to an unmodded game.

 

That's your prerogative. I'm just saying.. Bethesda's not at fault.

 

Bethesda's not at fault? Huh? Bethesda is well aware that the game will be modded. They built it with a crippled, limited engine that worked well for consoles, but failed to make it robust enough to scale properly for the PC users. They have publicly acknowledged the importance of the modding community, yet have failed to produce a solid creation kit, and have not made changes to the runtime game engine to allow powerful PC's to run with mods that they should theoretically be able to easily handle. Sure, they released a game that is generally stable if you don't change anything, but that's a pretty weak argument for a game series that has become so popular precisely because of the ability to modify it.

Oh my god. Here we go again with the self entitled bs. They let you edit the whole game and that's not good enough because the tools they gave you don't do what you want.

 

They didn't have to give you ANY tools.
