GuntherSlade
**** NEVERMIND - I SOLVED THIS **** Just deleted the folders in the "VirtualInstall" directory that were associated with each of the mods I used to have and re-downloaded the mods. That replaced the listings in the Plugins tab of my NMM. **** I bought a new computer and loaded Steam and Fallout 4 on it. I then started loading some mods from Nexus as well as F4SE and Place Everywhere. A couple of weeks later, my brand new hard drive starting having problems and the computer company had me send in the old one and they replaced it. My Fallout 4 game and Steam were loaded on my SSD drive and my Nexus mods were on the hard drive. So, now I am trying to get back to where I was with the mods loaded and all, but I'm a little confused and don't want to do anything that will screw up my system/game. Currently, I've updated to the most recent version of Fallout 4 and I manually loaded up F4SE and Place Everywhere (both on the SSD this time). I've changed my desired directory for NMM Fallout 4 mods to the SSD as well. In the Plugins tab, my NMM is still currently showing 5 of the mods that I used to have, despite that fact that the hard drive with those mods is gone now. I did find some folders in a "VirtualInstall" directory on my SSD drive that seems to match up with those mods as well, though I don't think the files in them are the full mod (the file size doesn't match up, despite the names being the same). Also, despite the fact that NMM shows those mods still in my Plugins tab, it doesn't show them in any of the categories on the Mods tab anymore. So now, I'm wondering... Do I simply start downloading the mods again and hope it all just figures itself out or will that cause it more confusion (and possibly break something) since NMM already sees those files to some degree apparently? Just for clarification, I have moved some other programs around and made room on my SSD for all of my Fallout 4 related stuff. So, the plan now is to have the game, and the related mods, all on the same SSD, whereas before, the mods were on a separate hard drive. I am assuming NMM is seeing those "VirtualInstall" files and that is why it is posting those mods still in my Plugins tab, but I don't know if downloading them again will fix that problem or will create duplicate folders or what? So, what I'm asking is - Does anyone know if downloading the same mods I had before (and which still show up in the Plugins tab on NMM) will fix those being there or will cause duplicates to show? Also, is there any harm caused by me just deleting the files that are in the folders associated with those mods that are in the "VirtualInstall" folder? Any insight into this would be much appreciated. Thanks, in advance. Edited February 5, 2018 by GuntherSlade
