Mod install bugs

Hi All,

 

So a while ago I had to completely uninstall FO4 (I uninstalled mods prior) as I'd had it on an external hdd that ended up failing

now when I install mods even with a clean install of both NMM & FO4 some mods go through their scripted install process but never end up isntalling correctly

if I attempt a reinstall NMM will CTD. Other times it claims that some mods are already installed and ask me to overwrite even though I've not installed them.

 

This is beginning to get irritating to the point where I've had to install certain mods via Bethesdas mod page for PC

I'm figuratively tearing out my hair trying to make this work. Google searches have turned up nothing so I turn to the modding community in the hopes that someone

here can help me figure out what's broken.

 

I'm using NMM 0.63.14

OS: Win 10 x64
