rakesh73
The moment I achieve 2 caravans between 21 and 26 - I win. NPCs, on the other hand, often achieve this - but continue playing - is it because they are trying to sell a 3rd caravan? My last game, I was only playing with 2 caravans, one had been removed after a jack was put on it. One was too high as the NPC had put a king on it - the other was nowhere near 21 - yet my adversary had 2 caravans on 25 but carried on playing! Its hard to see what he did with his final hand because as soon as it happened the "you lost!" screen took over. Is this en error? Or is there more to the game than I realise? rakesh73
In fact Im not sure when the game ends - today I was playing Ringo, and fairly soon I had 2 caravans of 24 and 26 - he had one of 26 so I thought maybe I have to have 2 caravans that are better. But then he lost his 26-caravan (as I put a king on it, rendering it useless) - so there I was with 2 winning caravans - yet the game continued! After a few more rounds, I think I won because Ringo ran out of cards! I would be grateful if someon could clarify how one gets to the winning post once you have 2 caravans between 21 and 26. mecoo
Taken from the wikiA player's caravan is considered sold when the value of its cards is over 20 and under 27. The opponent may still outbid by increasing the value of their opposing pile while staying within the 21-26 range. The game ends when each of the competing caravans is sold to either the opponent or the player, with the victor providing a better bid for at least two of the caravans. In the event of a tie between any two matched caravans, the game continues until one side has a better bid. The player with two or more sales on their side at the end of the game wins the pot. If either player runs out of cards to discard before a winning condition is met, the player will not be able to discard and will be declared the loser regardless of how many winning caravans they have.
