So much so that I am currently developing a comic based on my adventures in fallout. I've been modding for a long time but never thought to request one before. The 100 field jackets recolor mod has a blue hoody in it I imagine it could be used as a base, (with the author's permission of course) and maybe i could just remove the old logo and add my own?
