Merscil
So I was trying to install some mods to improve the appearance of the Vampire Lord. I installed Grimoas Vampire Lord and an HD retexture. The last mod I wanted to install is one that is no longer available on the Nexus, but I was still able to find it on another site: Larger Vampire Lord WIngs. Now this mod is one that I used in the past and is compatible with all vampire lord wing remodels as well as vanilla. It does what it says and basically just makes them bigger. When I installed it through Nexus Mod Manager it worked just fine, but through Mod Organizer it doesn't. It gives me the following error upon running my game:failed to read mod (Larger Vampire Lord Wings): failed to parse bsa E:/Mod Organizer/mods/Larger Vampire Lord WIngs.bsa: not a bsa file (filename: E:\Mod Organizer\mods\Larger Vampire Lord WIngs\Larger Vampire Lord WIngs.bsa) I know this file should work as I got it from the same place when I installed it through NMM, but even back then I knew there was something wrong with the bsa file as editors didn't let me take a look at it. It was required for the mod to work though. Manually installing the mod in the game's Data folder also doesn't seem to work. Is there anyway to make this thing work with MO? elenalejua
Extract the BSA into Loose Files, fix the errors and repack it, or just keep the mod's assets as loose files and add them to your Mod List.
Merscil
The bsa can't be unpacked. BSA Browser says:Unable to open archiveFile was not a valid BSA archive
elenalejua
Then there is your issue. The bsa aka the mod itself is corrupt. You can try redownloading it and see if you get a good one, but its probably just bad.EDIT: Is this what you used to try and unpack it?https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4804 Edited February 6, 2018 by elenalejua

elenalejua
Yeah, probably needs to be fixed in the CK then by the author.
