Hm, so you did the Geck quest with her in your group? I did that. When I got taken to Raven Rock, she vanished. After a little searching, I gave up. I went to vault 101 and done the trouble on the home front quest I think, when I left vault 101, I saw her walking out of the vault 101 entry, heading off into the wasteland, she wouldn't talk to me :D Maybe visiting any of the other vaults would make her reappear outside said vault, I don't know.
