gothetonix
I am currently using several mods, and have had to remove just as many for (bugs/glitches/etc) and it would appear that i am now missing all files relating to mounting or riding a horse...does anyone have the original files for this? or is there a way you re-install them from the disk (without a complete reinstall) btw: I have the game for PC. I can walk up to a horse and it still says: press "e" to ride horse, but when i press "e" nothing happens, i have checked and "e" is the correct key, it seems that i am just missing the scripts or files pertaining this particular action. i dont belive this is a conflict of any of the mod i am using as i have tried it with all mods dissabled...but i did notice that there are ZERO files/folders related to horses in my skyrim /data/ folder... gothetonix
i have tried to validate the local cache. if that is what you are refuring to...the problem is that while adding and removing mods, i think i accidentally deleted the files associated with horses all together...i can still see them, but i can not enteract with them in any way.im pretty sure that its not a matter of repairing broken files...i think they are gone all together. i just dont want to have to do a complete reinstall of the game for a couple of files.
