Where to find Builder Fragments?

I did a search for "builder fragments" and came up with 0 results. We've received every other fragments as loot and checked two different Trader Joes, and no Builder Fragments to be found. Where do you find them? Only on day 7, so just haven't been lucky enough to loot them?

(Edit): I did find another source to say that you find the builder class fragments in boxes at Working Stiff Tools. Hopefully, that's correct).
