Can't set correctly ENB setting for mine pc

Mine PC:

Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.20Ghz

RAM 4GB DDR 3

GeForce 8600GT

 

atm i'm using Superl3 ENB-RL 0.53 FINAL. ENB High Performance set: SSAO - off. 15-18 fps. Ressolution 1280x1024 , AA is off,

FXAA off, and all other options are medium/low. I have also water , HD textures , lush trees and grass , finer dust, ultra realistic lighting mods , and also v sync is off.

DoF - dynamic fields or something like that - ON.

I need more fps , 15-18 is to low...and i don't know how to improve them , also if there is any other options to make better ENB set for mine pc , pls help me and do your best :)
