Multiple Enchantment Effects on ApparelAdvanced MagecraftMultiple Enchantments I think the Horadric Cube might do something like that as well. Personally, I use the Enchant Ripper, though if you aren't part of the Mages Guild, you might need the Breaking in in the Arcane Univeristy mod (the double "in" is part of the mod title).
