Lantern and gamma gun issue

Hey guys

 

I'm having a really weird issue when i equip the lantern from the Torch and lantern mod along with a gamma gun.

When both are equip simultaneously, the lantern won't light up but instead, a floating beam from and invisible torchlight will light up behind me...

With other weapons it seems to work fine, the lantern lights up normally

To be sure that it isn't due to a conflict with another mod I launched the game with only the Torch and lantern mod but the bug persists.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if it is just to tell me if the same thing happens to you or not
