Drugged up Anti-Hero of the Wastes

So basically I had a thought of an anti-hero character who's a mad scientist with a Pip-Boy 3000 that he managed to modify to inject him fulla' drugs for certain circumstances; and then he built a mask that feeds him pills, and filters gas-type drugs into his lungs also for certain circumstances, and how I imagine it is it covers his entire face. So basically what I've thought up is a anti-hero, super hero who currently in my thoughts is wearing something along the lines of a dishevaled lab coat, a scary lookin' gas mask he crafted, and a modded Pip-Boy 3000 that's got needles stickin' in him that pumps him fulla' drugs upon combat situations. I was kinda thinkin' of this as possibly an armor set you could wear, but I kinda want this to be a companion who's already havin' too many suppositories crammed up his ass to allow your tiny enema. I also considered calling him "Over-Dose"; or at least the set he wears.

Would be funnier and more lore-friendly if he was one of the Gary's kidnapped and experimented on but managed to escape.

He's pretty much Jekyll and Hyde. He's timid and never initiates combat. But if attacked, his PipBoy dumps chems and he becomes like that Maddog character played by Jet Li in that movie... Goes unarmed combat god (well, he wields a custom power fist) on certain factions (Enclave?), but is afraid of a certain other faction (maybe Ghouls?) and normal against raiders/regulators/civilians and slightless less effective against muties / BOS. It'd be almost like he has 100 AP and he can punch six times before you can blink. :)

I was thinkin' he'd be factionless, and would mainly look like a horror. I also considered maybe he's wear something that'd work similar to a death claw gauntlet, but it'd be more like that glove of syringes that Scare Crow wears in Batman: Arkham Asylum. Maybe fill the needles with poison, or say he's concocted his own version of Moira's molerat repellant but it works on humans and certain mutants.
