CTD legendary item

Hello,

 

First, sorry for my english, i'm french so i'll try to to make myself understood.

 

When I pick up a legendary item, whether it's a weapon or a cloth i have a ctd but i don't understand why. I had never had this problem so I removed some mods I had installed recently but nothing happens, I still have the problem.

Can you help me ?
