Arch-Mage's Expert Enchanted robe

Hi guys, :)

 

I was browsing this great site when I found this mod: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2207

Which is the Arch-Mage's Expert Enchanted robe. It powers the robe up with some sweet stats.

 

However, there are a few things I'd like changed, but I'm totally new to modding and I can't reach the mod maker. So I'm asking you guys for help.

All I want changed to the mod is:

 

- No armor enchantment on the robe (so there's no more armor level of 30)

- No enchantments on the Arch-Mage's Hood

- No fortifies in the arcane skills, so no more +10 to all schools of magic (although keep the +15 to intelligence and willpower)

 

 

And that's it! But I honestly don't know how to edit it and I'm a total noob with this, so I was hoping you could help me out here. It would be much appreciated!
