juniorff
With outfit studio, I took an armor that was in many pieces and combined most pieces into 1 nif. Everything shows up in body slide and it builds as advertised. In game, only the main piece is visible, the other pieces that were added are not. What did I not do? JonathanOstrus
It sounds like you did stuff properly. Without seeing the nif it's really hard to say. It could be missing skins and therefore weights. Or it could be a malformed nif as exported from BS.

The breastplate and corset are the original piece (they were one piece, I made them 2). The shoulders, straps and pants were added.
JonathanOstrus
So the good news is I can tell you what's wrong. All of your other parts have the wrong dismemberment skin partitions. Bad news is I don't know how to fix that. I'm not a modeller in that sense. But now that the problem is known maybe someone else can chime in on a fix. Edit: From the looks and position it looks like all the parts (except the CBBE base body) should be assigned to partition 32 body. Edit2: Looks like the simplest way to fix this would be to open the base nif from the BodySlide project folder. Edit each of the BSTriShapes Dismemberment nodes and change the partition name to the SBP_32_BODY one. Then save, rebuild, test. Deleted3897072User
There is a Partitions tab in bodyslide for doing it. Select all the meshes, go to the Partitions tab and click Reset. It will change them all to 32.
juniorff
Thank you, I'll give it a shot and let you all know. Edit: that did it, I had to actually manually change them all to 32, reset did not change them, but it did work! There are very large wrist and calf gaps, any thoughts on why that is? The bracers and boots cover them but are very unappealing when removed. Edit 2: It would appear my forearms and calves partitions are invisible, I'm looking into a fix but if anyone knows of the fix please share. Edit 3: Problem Solved, needed to go in creation kit and add calves and forearms to the ARMO and ARMA files. Thank again for your help BigAndFlabby and OldMansBeard
