weird bug?

Hi there i'm new to modding (6 months) and after my Omen laptop updated and go nvac there was this weird bug were after 10 to 15 minutes (in RL) all noise would suddenly stop including voices even in dialogue in which text kept going but no voice could be heard. Also if i left the cell (inside-side to out-side, out-side to inside-side) it wouldn't load the next one so it would be either a endless waste with nothing (inside-side to out-side) or a blank empty space with doors and if i moved i would be in a endless free fall. But if i save it when it happens and exit the game and then by restarting and loading the same file it seems to work till it happens again. Please help I've been a fan of fallout and bethesda forever but this is really killing me, so i hope i can get some answers.

Please see the 'Issue: Ambient music skips/jitters/hiccups/pops/stutters' and 'Issue: Recent (post-Win10 FCU) CTDs after 10-20 minutes of play' entries under the 'Solutions to Performance problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

Also, Please see the paragraph about "auto-saves" under the 'Essentials for Getting Started' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

You really need to use a "Merge Patch File" with that collection of mods. Please see the 'Third Rule: The Rule of One' and 'Merge Patch File' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

"Solution: Those experiencing this problem are recommended to try disabling the bHookCriticalSections (=0) setting, which will also disable the use of the heap related algorithm and size settings in NVSR. (The bFastExit fix still reportedly works.) Some have found it necessary to discontinue use of NVSR completely. "Your mileage may vary." Note that this may re-introduce some stuttering and depressed FPS if using large texture replacement images (e.g. greater than 2048x2048)."

I really don't know how to do this can someone explain how?

First, do you have NVSR installed? (It requires NVSE be installed first. See 'Checklist item #4' in that same guide.) If you do, then under the "Data\NVSE\Plugins" folder you will find the "sr_New_Vegas_Stutter_Remover.ini" file, along with the "sr_New_Vegas_Stutter_Remover.txt" file which explains the settings in the INI file. Most of the NVSR settings are disabled by default. If you haven't read and edited the INI file, then you really don't have NVSR configured. Use a "plaintext editor" like MS Notpad; not a "word editor" like MS "Write" which adds formatting codes.
