Problems starting game with OBSE after customization with Bananasplits

I was customizing Bananasplit's Better Cities mod which uses OBSE v0014 and after minimizing the game to look up instructions for in game console customization I made the mistake of closing the game via the Windows Task Manager. So anyway when I tried to restart the game which I normally do via the OBSE loader I was not able to start the game at all. I reinstalled OBSE to try to make the game work but to no avail. I also looked at my saved games and the one in the IC Market district that I was in when I shut down the game what not saved. So I hope that is a good thing. Please help. :wallbash:

For future reference, all console commands for customizing Better Cities can be found in a scroll that is added to your character's inventory. Try starting the game without the Better Cities plugin (that is to say, disabling the plugin in the Oblivion Launcher Data Files or another program that manages mods, such as OBMM or Wrye Bash). If that doesn't work, try starting the game using the Oblivion.exe instead of OBSE. Does loading the game from a previous save work?
