Grass terrain texture + patch problem

Recently i've experienced problems with my grass terrain texture.

The problem is that instead of seeing the normal texture i'm seeing a purple colored mini map on the floor (in tiles as the grass texture)

I've tried downloading other textures from this site but nothing helps.

Also i have tried reinstalling and that's where the second problem comes in.

Tried to make screenshot but didn't work, sry.

I have these mods installed:

-za_bankmod.esp

-gardening.esp

-Armorylab.esp

-Visually Enchanted Frost 3.esp

-Visually Enchanted Frost 3 OFF.esp

-FrostmournBetter.esp

-Armour Lich King.esp

 

When i remove the game (delete the regs and make sure the entire folder is gone), reinstall and then try installing the latest v1.2.0416English patch it gives me the error about the old file.

Still I had just installed it vanilla and I have a legal copy, i've had this problem several times.

Maybe the problems lies with the patching suddenly being aborted but I don't know.

Also my pc is strong enough to handle oblivion so no problem there.

 

Any help? texture that i can download to replace?

After some trying I found out that it is the fault of the sudden stopping of the patch. Again patched on a legal vanilla copy. Any ideas?

Nevermind, I redownloaded the patch (other site) and everything was ok.

Could you tell me the alternate site? I encountered the same problem but only after installing OBSE.
