LE YOUR Custom Home.

Don't know if this has been done or not, but I am offering. If you would like a custom home just post me a note here and I will try to accomodate you to the best of my ability. The info I will need is;

 

-- Where (In a specific city, just out of a city, wilderness, etc)

-- Style (Riften wood style, Markarth Dwemer style, Solitude stone style, cave, etc)

-- Specific items (smelter, shrines, crafting, plain jane, etc)

-- Stories (1,2, basement)

-- NPC's (trainer, cook, maid, etc)

 

 

So go ahead and holler at me and I will get to work. Obviously this is for the people who want a custom house, have an idea for a custom house, but don't play with the CK. I like playing with the CK so lemme know and I will see if I can make something to your liking.

I would like to see two homes:

 

-- Whiterun Hold (Somewhere in a town, possibly Riverwood or Rorikstead)

-- Simple and small, if possible, having only one or two rooms. Keep with the Whiterun theme, though.

-- A small farm just outside, maybe a small workbench, and perhaps a small animal, if there is an indoor pen. A few barrels and a couple chests. Fireplace in the center.

-- A single floor, with a loft over the animal pen with most of the barrel storage.

-- No sentient NPCs. Like a said, a small animal or two, like a pig or some chickens. MAYBE a cow, if there's room.

 

And number two:

 

-- Whiterun Hold (Somewhere near the road, and near a town, but not in a town)

-- Castle. Fully repaired castle, with no holes or crumbled walls.

-- Full indoor forge, a small garden, woodcutting block, some animals, and indoor shrine, and other things you might find in a medieval castle.

-- Five story keep with a basement and a wall. It has a small dungeon, the first floor has storage rooms and the crafting areas, second floor has the kitchen and the main food hall, third floor houses the guest rooms and the shrine, fourth floor has the guard rooms and the Great Hall, and the top floor has the Master Bedroom. The walls have storage and, of course, the top of the wall (Accessable from inside)

-- I would like to have several NPCs. 10 guards (4 day, 2 night, 2 dawn, 2 dusk), cook with two servants, a pair of farmers and their kid, A blacksmith, a priest/mage, two dungeon keepers, a prisoner, a couple cows, a couple pigs, and some chickens. If possible to have NPCs stop in my castle and stay in a guest room, that would be awesome.

 

I don't expect these to actually be made, but if they are, it would be awesome!

I would like a two story wooden home by the lake near Riften for a Nordic Stormcloak general and his wife to rest after a long day of questing. . Inside the house I would like a kitchen area with cooking areas and a table, many places to display my weapons and armor. If it wouldn't be too much trouble I would also like a bedroom with a shrine to Talos on the second floor. Outside I would like to have a full smithing area (smelter, grindstone, etc.) ,a dock leading out to the lake, and two personal stormcloak guards to stand at the front door. Thank you! I hope this house isn't too much to ask for.

Not too much at all bigfoot343. Let me work on AjaxSt's first and I will get started on yours. I love Riften style houses. It is what my first house mod, Fur Magister, was. Well, I say I like the style, but I only really like the style after you add the "Sexy Riften" mod. That one is great!
