Help with Cbbe/Unp Body

So i came from Fallout and we just use the cbbe body(with the bodyslides for the cloths if have) to adjust to our own body(if we use one).

 

The Cbbe body in the skyrim is the same thing, but there Unp and other ones too.

 

My question: I'm Using the Unp body for now, some cloths is only for this kind of body, but how do i chage it to fit in my own body?

for ex: some itens have cbbe/unp.. option, but on the list download there's(almost always) just the cbbe bodyslide file.

 

Can someone explain me how do i make the armos and other stuff fit to my own preset in bodyslide?
