Can't Download ADAM Reborn

So when I originally downloaded the mod, it installed fine. I even reinstalled it the other day and it worked fine. I wanted to install NCR Ultimate Overhaul by dragbody, so when it didn't work I assumed that ADAM Reborn was conflicting because I enabled the Trooper Armor Retexture. I uninstalled it, got NCR Ultimate Overhaul to install, then I tried reinstalling ADAM and get this error message EVERY TIME. I've tried installing about 6 times now.

Error registering this mod: ADAM Reborn - ADAM All-in-one Installer 4.4.1
Error: Could not extract files! Message: File is corrupted. Data error has occured.
I really hope somebody can help because I love ADAM Reborn.

You appear to be confusing "downloading" with "installing". They are two different things.

When you download a file from an internet server, the file is placed on your hard drive. If it is corrupted at this time (which is when that is most likely), then you have to re-download it again.

Once the file is on your hard drive, you then need to install it (presumably with your "mod manager"). You shouldn't have needed to re-download it to install it a second time. Now that you did, and the re-download seems to be corrupted, you should delete the existing file. Then download it again to the "download folder". Then you should be able to use your mod manager to install it from there.

You can use any appropriate archive tool (e.g. 7Zip, RAR, etc.) to "test" the archive for corruption before trying to install it.

By implication, you are using NMM which (as I understand it) combines those two steps. The downloaded file should have been placed in a different folder than the "install folder" used by NMM. If the "download with NMM' button is not giving you an uncorrupted file, try downloading "manually" to the "download folder" and then use NMM to install it.

Please see the NMM tutorials in the 'Mod Managers' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

Then you have a crappy ISP connection. All you can do is keep retrying the download until you get a "good" file. "Time of day" makes a difference. The more people on your ISP at any given time, the more problems you can expect. Avoid the times when your local connections are most busy: during the workday, and after the dinner hour up until most everyone goes to bed. See the article "How to test if your ISP is Throttling your internet connection".
