OBMM and Oblivion CS don't start up properly.

Please excuse me if I'm in the wrong forum, but this is driving me nuts. Very recently, whenever I load up the CS, the CS can't seem to find anything when I try to load up any data files. Additionally, when I try to save a mod I've been working on in a CS window I'm too afraid to close, since I know it won't work again, it doesn't show up on my list of mods in my obmm.

 

Whenever I load up my obmm, it tells me some files were moved to Virtual Store. When I request they be moved back, it usually works, but now it does not. Only when I prompt "No", does the obmm load. I cannot access the mod I have been working on and saved in the CS, and I can't close the window since I'm afraid to lose my work.

 

So in short, what do I do about the missing data files in the CS? And how do I fix this problem with the obmm?
