Have you guys notice during some of the loading screens that there's one with a dark brotherhood member, who's a dark elf i believe, screaming while duel wielding a dagger? Well if you look closely around his neck, there's a scarf/cloth-wrap wrapped around it. My request is, can someone make a mod that lets my character equip something like that also?
