low fps on high end system

for some reason in fallout 4 im getting 3 fps this only happened after i got rid of unsued mode to make way for new ones ive tried everything i could but the problem still persists

Soooo... that's a lot of information. Too much actually. When people ask for your specs, it's really just GPU, CPU and Ram that they care about. The bios mode isn't likely to matter.

 

Now, when you say you are getting 3 fps... where? Everywhere? Indoors? Outdoors? In one particular spot? That's going to matter quite a lot. Second, you say you've tried everything... what exactly does that mean? Have you tried putting back that mod and removing the ones you added? What mods are we talking about anyways?

 

There's really no way for anyone to guess the cause of a problem as common as low fps without the specifics. I know it's super annoying to have to write them all down with you're frustrated at a Bethesda game for going full Bethesda on you, but it's necessary,

 

Here's the advice I can give: I suggest you roll back to your vanilla profile and see if that solves the problem. If it does, then the problem has something to do with your mods. If it doesn't, then the problem has to do with your game, your inis, your enb/reshade, your drivers or a program running in the background.

 

If Vanilla doesn't have the problem duplicate the profile you've been using and then remove half the mods. If the problem's solved, then the offending mod was amongst the half that you removed. If not, then it's in the half that's left. If it's in the half removed, add half of them back in. If it's in the half that's left, then remove half of them. Keep adding and removing half until you've narrowed it down to one mod. Then that's your culprit.

Wouldn't call it high-end, I mean a b250 board with kaby i7k ( u know, u can't use the intel k features on a b250 board.. ), a 1060 with a 60hz screen... That's just a strange mix.

The config sounds like a typical pre-built. If so, chances are high u have a low-end/crap psu inside..

 

Ugh...

 

Anyway, it should run with more fps, since u had no probs before.

 

So, what mods have u removed and how?

Low fps everywhere ?

Also make sure (so far) all your mods are compatible with each other.

 

Also monitor your sys usage while playing fo4, like ram, vram and so on.

 

Worst case, perform a clean fo4 install...

is there a way to see the mods you had previously installed because ive kinda forgot which ones i got rid if it deosnt give me the current save relys of these mods kind of error

i noticed that when i traveled to a differet settlement pieces that i built were moved out of there places like walls were moved and floors were raised way above where i placed them so maybe it was a mod that added items to building and also my mod which changed the artillery skin to a regular looking foward facing artillery gun was not being applied i know i did not delete that
