Well, I am working on some mods to make skyrim better. But for everything id need a team. What i want to do to skyrim

Firstly to put a clear distinction in gameplay styles, Because they all feel the same to me.

1: armour and weapon.

- Massive difference between Light and heavy armour.

- Damage threshold (like in Fallout new vegas) rather than what we have now.

- Dodge chance increase to lighter armours and clothes. Realistic Penalties to heavy armours.

Plus- Swords get very little armour peircing but are harder to dodge. Maces are the opposite and axes are somewhere imbetween. This Would cause equal thoughts on "what weapon am i to use" . Swords would be best on mages whilst maces on heavily armoured knights. A similar idea for ranged weapons i have.

These changes would cause a massive separation between Being lightly armoured and being heavily armoured.

2: provide multiple ways to get past an object. Lockpicking for instance is a load of s***. No matter what character you play, this skill levels up and has no use. Players should be able to break locks and Use spells to open them. Furthermore- Lockpicking should have different qualities of picks, More skill importance (Unlocking an adept chest at level 15 ahould be as hard as it is to open a masterchest Now) And more things to do with it (Disarm traps, Make traps etc)

3: more penalties for being crap at something, More benefits for being good.

4: More items

Secondly-

Birthsign choice. Class Choice. Maybe even fallout style attributes.

Class should Be chosen at the start of a game. In the long term it shouldn't effect the player. But at the start ist should provide some penalties and bonuses. No custom classes and the classes of previous tes games should be used to set your starting skills. Some skills the player might have at 5 whilst others at maybe 30.

Attributes- Set them By race for npcs. Don't level them Up. Use perks and enchantments to increase them.

Traits like fallout might be a good idea too.

Lastly

Increase The joys of Non rpg ellements

- Sideways rolls/dives/jumps by sprinting and jumping/ducking in any direction.

- add new ranged weapons that aren't bows.

- Increase the attack types for npcs. Allow charge attacks, Kicks, Charged blasts of magic that they can't aim after beginning, Jumping strikes, Jumping backwards dodges, weapon swings that you can duck under or jump over or sidestep.

Well, i would be here all day if i described everything in detail. But the point is to MAKE SKYRIM AN RPG.
