Low-res and blurry texutres when up close

I'm hoping someone can help me with this.

So I installed a couple texture mods yesterday, NobleSkyrim and 2017 Skyrim Textures. I used the highest quality available but now when I get up close to really anything the textures are super blurry and really low-res. The trees are the worst. Here are some examples:

I'm using NMM to load my texture mods.

I'm sure I'm just not doing something right. I'm mainly using texture mods right now and that's it. I'm running on a 1920x1080p monitor. I have everything set to Ultra.

PC specs;

i5 4690k OC to 4.1 ghz

GTX 1070

16GB of RAM

I'm not using any ENB's.

Any help is appreciated.

am not really sure but you use both noble and 2017 texture together

am not sure those both work together right

i only use noble and vivid landscape works very good

for the rest a lot off trees things and flora overhaul and water

and i can zoom very very close by with out any blur

you can try first noble only and see if things change ore remove noble and try only 2017 texture

so far i can tell noble is much darker i like that more

i hope it helps a little am not really pro with mods i do try a lot out XD

have spend so 700 hours already in this game with many mods to try out
