Razer Mouse won't work in map

Here's my issue:

 

When I enter the map, my mouse won't work. I can't move the cursor around. When holding down M2 I can move the cursor, but I can't remove a custom marker. If I hold M2 and move cursor to the custom marker and double-click, I get the "move, leave, cancel" selection, but I can't select anything! Since I can't select any alternative, escape and tab won't work, I have to shut down Skyrim everytime.

 

This is majorly weird. Any suggestions?
