Custom Races Request

I'm not big on asking for mods, and i know that with skyrim out modders are less inclined to pursue request for oblivion. But heck i still love this game and it has so much replay value. I know there are a lot of race mods out there, but I haven't been able to find anything that really gets me excited to download. What I'm looking for is something similar to the way Xenius' races are designed ex. using the Head06 texture, Robert's male body, HGEC body for females, but i find his races a bit dark for me preference. So i had a few requests. First, I know there are mods to make golden saints and dark seducers playable, but if you make a male character they still have the female voice. So i was hoping someone could make a mod that not only makes them playable, but also uses the Head06 meshes, Roberts body and the HGEC body and fixes it so that the voice of the males are....well......male. The second thing i wanted to request was and idea for a set of elven races based on diff elements (fire, water, ice, wind, stone, lightning, void, time, space, light, dark, sun, moon, stars) with designs on their bodies and faces to match, once again similar to Xenius' races or the way the dremora have those bright stylized designs on their bodies. Lastly could anyone or has anyone done a race based on the Midna twili race in Zelda: Twilight Princess? Not when she's little, the way she looks when she's normal sized. So there is my request. This is my first request ever so i hope someone responds. Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this or even respond.
